Monthly Recap - December '25

✨Once again, it's time to recap all the things happening on the blog and in my reading life✨

BOOKS READ 📚

A pretty solid month that I ended with a new fave!!! The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year is definitely one of the most wonderful books I've had the honor to read this year. Originally, I rated Killer Smile with 4 stars, but when compiling this list, I realized I considered The Jasad Heir (and The Q) to be a far better book with more complex storytelling and better characters so yeah...I'm slightly lowering my rating to 3.5, and I'm counting it as a 3-star book in my stats 😂

I have no idea how, but I managed to end the year with a whopping 18 posts in December!! Yay me 😂 While I did have guests the past 5 days, I also prepared in advance and had a few posts drafted, so that's what you've been reading the past week 😂 Other than that, I just posted whenever I felt like it. I guess I was in the right mood lol

Now that I'm finally free both from my guests and other family-related obligations, it's time to start the new reading and blogging year! I plan on doing my yearly stats very soon, along with some book tags, so that's exciting! I think I'll also post my reading journal, but we'll see about that. In any case, I'm super pumped to start the year strong by rereading The Naturals series (while also reading all those winter books I mentioned in one of my previous posts).
