New week means new monday bookish meme hosted by The Book Date.
A great duology to start the year with! It was fun and super fast, the cast of characters was interesting and there was a couple I could root for ♥ I especially loved the way both main characters changed throughout the books and how they made compromises to have a better relationship. I was very satisfied with how everything was resolved - it made sense and the author didn't just glaze over everything.
I've been craving a good Beauty and the Beast retelling and hopefully, this is one 😂 It's got an original premise, that's for sure.

Later on, I'm picking another B&B retelling because the mood wants what the mood wants 😂
