We're nearing the end of the year, which means I'm going to start working on my 2027 reading journal very soon and that's making me feel super excited!! 😍 That also means these are the last 2 spreads I'll show you from my 2026 journal. While I do have at least a dozen more I haven't shared with you, most of them are monthly/seasonal TBRs or other types of temporary spreads with basic designs that I'm not using anymore. So yeah, the ones I am sharing with you today are my sci-fi spread and releases from the 2nd half of 2026.

I was so satisfied with how this turned out! I'm not entirely sure where the astronaut and cat came from, I found the designs ages ago on Pinterest. I drew them on watercolor paper with alcohol markers and it turned out great. I also used this "space" design paper from my local stationery store and drew the "sci-fi" text boxes with a black liner.

This one is, of course, also from Pinterest. I combined several designs I found online and drew all of it with alcohol markers. It's a fairly simple design and you can't really go wrong lol. Just draw random wiggly lines, add the pattern in the background and some fruit 😂 It's fast and looks cute so I'm thinking of doing the same design but in different colors in my new journal. Without the lemons, though 😂
