New week means new monday bookish meme hosted by The Book Date.
A complex historical novel that focuses on political questions, coups, murder mysteries but also has a tiny romance subplot. When you mix it all together you get a well rounded novel that's a bit dark at times, but at the end delivers a hopeful message.
Guys, GUYS, this is the last book I need to finish the last of my reading challenges 🤩 It's also a light fantasy which is perfect for finishing the reading year with something easy and fun. This one will probably mark the beginning of my fantasy binge 😂 Every winter it's the same thing, I dive into fantasies and retellings and have the best of times 😂
