New week means new Monday bookish meme hosted by  The Book Date.

 

 Well...this was interesting 😂 I gave the first book 4 stars because I saw the potential in it (and while the pace was really slow, the vibes were good) otherwise it would've been a 3-star read. Then I read the second book and all the same problems persisted - plot going at a really REALLY slow pace and the stupid love triangle still going on. I was on the verge of reading the last book in the series but after reading a few negative reviews, I decided not to waste my time because it probably won't work for me.

Summer officialy started yesterday, so of course I'm picking an appropriate read to celebrate it 😂
