One movie and a million TV series...😏 I'll begin with Turkish dramas because they were the most prominent this winter!
I'm still watching Tasacak Bu Deniz and Halef just like last time. These are ongoing dramas and while I got so frustrated at Halef a couple of times, I couldn't stop watching 😂 They did my fave character Yildiz dirty...the girl keeps suffering and no hope in sight, but that's the usual scheme in series like that.
Moving on, I started watching Arafta*, and boy does it get overdramatic. It's the epitome of a telenovela. Everything is shocking, he keeps catching her while she falls, she is constantly accused of doing something bad so she has to prove her innocence...It's so cringe, BUT I need something light and utterly ridiculous in my life. 😂 It doesn't hurt that the main male character is kinda cute (and every episode has a booktok-worthy scene 😏)

While Sorgu is also a Turkish drama, it's got a different production process, leaning towards American and British shows. For one, it's a crime drama with 45-minute episodes, and two, the plot is INSANE. The plot twists genuinely shocked me. I loved season 1, and season 2 was no different. I just hope they don't cancel it because after that cliff hanger, I NEED ANSWERS!!

Shockingly enough, I also watched a kdrama! I haven't watched one in a long, long time but I'm glad I picked up Blind. It's also a crime drama so you can tell I was into murder this winter 😂 The casting was superb, the plot even better and of course, the conclusion was satisfying.

Only one movie made it to my watchlist last month, and that was Wake Up Dead Man. Again, the plot twists in this movie series are so freaking good. I can never guess what is going to happen. Daniel Craig is splendid in this role, and I hope they never stop making these 😂 The rest of the cast is amazing as well! My only issue with it is that the "intro" is too long. I kept wondering when someone would finally die 😂
