⭐ Starting with some movie trailers, here are sneak peeks into 2 new book adaptations (The Thursday Murder Club; Project Hail Mary) and a movie I had never expected to see - The Naked Gun remake? Spin off? Sequel? Idk whatever it is, I need this type of ridiculous, nonsense humor in my life 😂



⭐ Season 5 of  Only Murders In the Building adds 2 new exciting cast members: Renée Zellweger and Logan Lerman!

 

⭐ I had no idea, but a Pacific Rim prequel series is already in production! Here are some additional details HERE. It's gonna be a live-action series and since I loved the movie, I'm pretty excited for this 😄

⭐ According to The Guardian, Alicia Silverstone will reprise her role in the Clueless sequel TV series 😄

⭐ It has been confirmed that a new, Ryan Gosling-led, Star Wars film called "Starfighter" is in plan for a 2027 release! I do enjoy his acting so I will probably watch this movie 😂

⭐ Here are some exciting news for all of us Spencer Read fans 😍

"Einstein, from Monk creator Andy Breckman, stars Criminal Minds alum Matthew Gray Gubler as the title character, alongside Rosa Salazar." - The Hollywood Reporter

The series will follow Lewis Einstein (Gubler), the great-grandson of Albert Einstein and a tenured professor at Princeton who gets sideways with the law. He’s pressed into service helping a detective solve her most puzzling cases. 

Guys, I'm super excited for this! You know how much I love the "crazy but brilliant guy teams up with actual detectives/police officers and helps them solve cases" trope.

⭐ We can expect a Divine Rivals movie in the future! Sofia Alvarez will be writing the script and if you're like me, and didn't know it, she wrote scripts for the first two To All The Boys I've Loved Before movies! I'll admit I still haven't read Divine Rivals so this is only motivating me even more to read it before they start making the adaptation 😂

⭐ There's a new Sense and Sensibility movie coming up and Elinor will be played by Daisy Edgar Jones! Idk why some people are against this because I absolutely adored her in The Twisters, and she was rather good in the movie Where the Crawdads Sing. I think she has a face for historical movies and she has that subtle charm.

⭐ I still haven't read Jennette McCurdy’s memoir “I’m Glad My Mum Died,” and this is obviously my sign to do so because there's a movie adaptation coming where her mother is played by Jennifer Aniston. Wow, I never thought I'd see these two names together 😂

⭐ There is even more casting news, this time surrounding the The Love Hypothesis movie adaptation that now has its two main stars - Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman!

⭐ Variety has confirmed there will be a live-action My Little Pony movie and I'm truly wondering how this will turn out 😂

⭐ Anndd to close this post, we have some exciting book news! Sarah Dessen, Lynette Noni, Astrid Scholte and Amie Kaufman (aka all of my fave authors) all have new books coming out next year!
