An unexpected 5-star read that blew my mind.
Gorgeous girl friendships that deal with the good and the bad. A delicate mother-daughter relationship where both sides needed to make some changes in order to have a better understanding of each other. The complex emotions of not liking something, but doing it anyway because it connects you to others. A super sweet romance between an overachieving straight-A student girl and a spontaneous golden retriever chef boy. I'm not gonna gush anymore, just read it. 😂😂
This book was obviously written for all of us dreamers and riddle lovers because it's so whimsical. I still have the second half of the book left, but it's been super sweet and charming. I hope I love it because that cover is stunning! I want a physical copy so bad, but I don't have much shelf space so I'm saving it only for my faves 😂
After finishing The Wishing Game, I think this cozy fantasy storytelling novel will be the perfect continuation of the "whimsical" topic.
