New week means new monday bookish meme hosted by The Book Date.
Idk how to rate this book without insulting anyone, but let's just say, 11 year-old me had better writing skills than this 😅 I'll go into details in my review, but the plot was..not good. There were so many things just mentioned and not explained. The characters themselves were too childish and the way they talked was so cringe I couldn't 😂
Now this one is far better. While it still has that, how do I say it, a bit juvenile approach (the main character is supposedly starting university, but talks more like a 16-year old), it's not that annoying. Maybe it's because it's got that similar writing to those teen "chosen one" books from the 2015-era which I DEVOURED.

It's got a girl travelling to a mysterious land where she's the heir to some king and the girl from the prophecy who's supposed to save everyone while also falling from one of the two guys who protected her on her journey. I mean...all the cliches are there 😂

This Rapunzel retelling has been on my radar for some time, so I might pick it up next!
